Bullshit by @Venmo (who’s shocked?) — but an important reminder that you can still opt out of their forced arbitration clause. The cost of printing and postage is most certainly worth it.

Hey @Venmo, nice “opt out”option of your arbitration agreement, which is buried on your website and requires you to print and mail a physical form. You’re a digital company; you know most of your users won’t print and mail a form to opt out. @PeoplesParity

I’m just now very late learning that the Trump appointed federal judge who overturned mask mandates was deemed unqualified by the bar association for her lifetime job, citing her only trial experience was… two single day cases as a law student.
